Have students listen and identify the characters and setting as the story changes. Students can talk about how the characters were feeling in the story and how they knew the setting changed from day to night. Then, have your child discuss their favorite part of the story with you. Talk about their favorite book to read and see if they can identify their favorite part of another story.
